winway's education

initiation of a grand project is on and likely get started during the coming january. the project was conceived by me during 2000 on the eradication of educational level ignorance in rural areas in tamilnadu. the project was initiated many times and crippled due to man power and finance shortage. somehow after a decade long struggle it is going to bloom in a matter of two months.
